Please join us for a family friendly experience of milking a cow and feeding a calf from a bottle. This is a tour that will have you walking back the lane to gather the cows from the pasture, bringing them to the barn to be milked, milking a cow, and feeding a young calf a bottle of milk. There will be plenty of time for questions and pictures. See where your milk comes from! This tour will start at 3:30 pm and last approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Tour is limited to no more than 10 people at a time. Tickets are $10 per person and you must be at least 6 years old to milk a cow.
Things to know:
Please dress appropriately for the weather and you will probably want to wear clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little dirty. You will be around animals and their manure. Shoes should be close-toed or boots are fine. The tour requires walking down our lane and pastures that can be somewhat uneven, so if you require assistance please let us know ahead of time.
