This tasty pre-seasoned burger is made for us by Mishler's Packing Co. using their time-tested recipe that selectively blends both dark and light pork to produce a mouthwatering 80% lean/20% fat pattie. The only difference is we use our own pasture raised pork that is healthier and better tasting than conventionally raised pork.
Each pork burger weighs approximately 1/4 lb. Each box contains 8 burgers.
