Snapdragon is a bloomy-rind cheese inspired by the French classics, Camembert & Brie. It has a soft buttery texture with rich smooth flavors & gentle lactic tones. It is filled with habanero pepper making this a win for the hot pepper cheese lover. This is made with our cow's milk by Tulip Tree Creamery in Indianapolis, IN. Subject to availability.
