Two large, hardwood smoked pork chops cut approximately 1" thick. These are good size pork chops with the bone-in. Great flavor, tender and juicy. Our heritage Berkshire hogs are raised on pasture supplemented with grain, with no antibiotics or hormones. Package size ranges from 1.75 to 2 lbs.
