Why Choose Our Pork Spare Ribs?
Cooking Suggestions:
For delicious barbecue spare ribs, remove the membrane from the bone side if present, then season generously with your favorite dry rub.
Smoke at 225–250°F for approximately 4–6 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat has pulled back slightly from the bones. For extra flavor, brush with your favorite barbecue sauce during the final 30 minutes of cooking.
No smoker? Wrap the seasoned ribs in foil and bake at 275°F for approximately 2½–3½ hours, or until tender. Finish uncovered with barbecue sauce to create a delicious caramelized glaze.
