Our gourmet ground beef patties are a special blend of brisket, short rib, and chuck which gives these patties a robust, rich beefy flavor. Beef that is pasture raised on a high forage diet but also supplemented with a small amount of grain to achieve a good finish. Each package is one pound and contains three - 1/3 lb. patties. Great to throw on the grill.
