Chicken Drumsticks
Chicken drumsticks:
- A drumstick is the lower leg (calf). They have a single, large bone running through the center.
- Dark meat, richer in flavor and have a higher healthy fat content than white meat like chicken breast.
- Drumsticks can be fried, grilled/BBQ, or baked.

Our meat chickens are raised on pasture and supplemented with non-GMO grains. There are no steroids, antibiotics or other additives in their feed. They are moved daily to a new location and fresh grass. Most of the birds are raised in early summer to avoid any heat stress and have a covered area for shade and protection from storms and predators.
4 drumsticks per package. Each package weighs approximately 1.0 to 1.25 lbs.
