A great tasting cheddar cheese made from our dairy cows milk. Our dairy cows are primarily on regenerative grown pastures daily during the growing season, where they consume large amounts of forage such as diverse grasses, legumes and forbs.
The cheese is made for us by Tulip Tree Creamery in Indianapolis.
