Beef Cube Steak (Tenderized)

Cube steak comes from the top round or top sirloin. It can be a tougher piece of meat and therefore it is commonly tenderized and flattened. We like it pan-fried on the stove, but it can also be used as you would use round steak, or beef stew by slowly simmering it to tenderness in flavorable soups, stews and slow-cooked meals.
