What to Expect:
- Live Weight of Whole Lamb: Approximately 85–90 lbs.
- Estimated Hanging Weight of Half Lamb: 20–24 lbs.
- Estimated Packaged Meat: 12–17 lbs., depending on cutting preferences.
- Price: $10.99 per pound of hanging weight.
- Reservation Deposit: $50, applied toward your final lamb purchase.
- Processing Fees: Paid separately by the customer directly to the butcher.
How It Works:
- Reserve Your Half Lamb: Place your order with a $50 deposit to secure your half lamb.
- Custom Processing: We'll coordinate processing with a local butcher. Cutting options may vary depending on how the other half of the lamb is processed.
- Final Payment: Your final meat cost is calculated using the actual hanging weight of your half lamb, less your $50 deposit. Butcher processing fees are additional and paid directly to the butcher.
- Convenient Pickup or Delivery: Once processing is complete, we'll arrange pickup or delivery of your packaged lamb.
