Price is based on the starting (hanging) weight of the hog before processing. Smoking, grinding, linking and slicing are not included in listed price.
Expect approximately 60-70% yield on finished pork depending on your cut choices. This would be approximately 60-70 lbs. of meat and require 5 to 7 cubic feet in freezer space.
